P1110: General Physics I

This class is designed to introduce premedical, predental, and other students majoring in the natural sciences an introduction to the physical world.  The class is taught at the pre-calculus level and emphasizes problem solving  techniques.  Laboratory sections are designed to give the student a hands-on experience and to reinforce the general material and problem solving techniques presented in the lecture.  Discussion sections are also included in the course and are designed to provide additional help with problem solving skills.
